What is a credit?
Credits pay for the live data each search reads. Every search shows its price in credits before it starts, so you decide first.
How many credits does a search use?
It depends on how much data it reads. A site audit starts at 50 credits, an AI visibility check at 75 and a competitor ad check at 25. The exact price is always shown before you start.
Do unused credits carry over?
No. Your credits renew every month (on yearly billing too: the year is paid once, the credits come every month) and unused credits expire.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
The same credits every month and the same tools and limits. Yearly billing is paid once a year and costs much less: Starter $19.99 a month instead of $29.99, Pro $99.99 instead of $149.99, Business $199.99 instead of $349.99 (up to 43% saved). You can switch in Manage billing at any time.
Do plans have different tools?
Yes. Starter has every SEO tool except SERP Gap Analyzer, Opportunity Planner, Strategy Builder and Traffic Analytics, and smaller limits: 1,000 keywords per search, 1 SEO project and 100 tracked keywords checked weekly. Pro opens every tool, with 10,000 keywords per search, 5 projects, 1,000 tracked keywords and daily checks. Business and Advanced go up to 100,000 keywords per search and 20 projects; Advanced adds the Advanced SEO tools. Plans also differ in monthly credits.
How do I pay?
By card (and Apple Pay or Link) on the secure Stripe payment page. Your card details go to Stripe, never to Demandscope. Invoices, card changes and plan changes are in Manage billing on the Plans page.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund policy for details.
